From Revenue To Rewards
Minutes Network's net revenues are used to algorithmically purchase MNTs as part ofour constant buy-back and reward programme.
MNT rewards are purchased on-market by smart contract for automatic distribution. There are no manual or orchestrated secondary market interventions by any party connected to Minutes Network Ltd or Minutes Network Token LLC
MNT rewards are allocated across the following groups:
Node Stakers
(10%)
MNT Stakers
(60%)
Network Users
(15%)
Minutes Network
(15%)
Node Holders rewards are allocated on a weighted, pro rata basis
Each Switch Node that is fully operative during an Epoch generating 0.01% of the Epoch reward pool
Each Validation Node that is fully operative during an Epoch generating 0.002% of the Epoch reward pool
Node Holders also share from 37.5million Early Staking rewards over the first 24 months. These are similarly distributed on a weighted pro-rata basis. To be eligible for these rewards the Node must be staked and operative for the whole Epoch. Any of these rewards that are not eligible to be claimed each month will be burned.
MNT Staker rewards are issued on a pro rata basis for every MNT staked.
These rewards are subject to an algorithmic burn which is related to the proportion of the total circulating supply that is staked.
For the purpose of this calculation, any MNT in the wallets for Network Expansion and User Rewards, and any MNT staked agains t Unity Nodes are excluded from the circulating supply.
